Ingredients

  • Chicken Stock;
  • 4# of chicken bones. (anything you have… wing tips, necks, backs, extra skin, etc…all leftovers from a raw chicken can be used)
  • 1lg onion, quartered & NOT peeled
  • 4carrots, washed & rough cut
  • 4ribs of celery, washed & rough cut
  • 1leek, white part ONLY. Washed well & cut into 3-4” pieces
  • 10sprigs fresh thyme
  • ½bunch fresh Italian parsley, washed
  • 2ea Bay leaves
  • 5ea Black peppercorns
  • 2 garlic cloves, whole
  • 2 gallons of water
